pkrsl will never contact you via unsolicited communications requesting your password or payment credentials. If you receive such a communication, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.
pkrsl accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) internet banking, United Bank Limited (UBL) internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, Raast Instant Payment System, 1LINK, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your pkrsl wallet in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction where currency conversion is required.

pkrsl is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of these obligations, pkrsl may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified pkrsl account holders are processed in accordance with the following terms. All withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the pkrsl account holder. pkrsl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
A withdrawal request will not be processed until the account holder has completed full KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC copy and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
